Housing Investment Partners is a subsidiary of the Old Mutual Group (OM), co-owned with the National Housing Finance Corporation (NHFC). Established in 2010, our mission is to bridge the gap in affordable housing finance for South-Africans.
We provide home-loans to end users in the affordable housing market and administer financing through Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs) for investors. In fulfilling our mandate, we collaborate with funders, developers, and real estate companies to drive sustainable housing solutions.
….”by investing in a house, you have shelter, security and a place to work from, while passively creating wealth for future generations”
CEO Boni Muvevi
Housing Investment Partners offers an amortising balance loan, a conventional home-loan where the outstanding balance gradually decreases with each instalment until fully repaid. This loan is available for both new home financing and refinancing, allowing you to switch your existing home-loan from another provider to Housing Investment Partners.
